Activity Schedule

Youth leading the charge in Mental Health Education

The focus of a Youth Exchange is to foster informal education between like-minded individuals. There will be introductory activities planned. However, the majority of the exchange will be lead and planned by the participants themselves. That means you! We want youth to take charge and drive the future of education. Mental Health Without Borders was born out of this concept and will hope to expand to more programmes for youth internationally.

Our Topics

While the general topics are planned beforehand, what you learn and gain out of the youth exchange is personalized to what you will contribute.
